Peer review of rehabilitation and conservation design / recent buildings

Because of its extensive experience in building inspections and tests, Oz is highly qualified to review the design project of recent constructions and structural concrete rehabilitation, in general, and of old buildings in particular, whilst maintaining an independent status.

The review points out any deficiencies in the building design, according to the following aspects:

• Safety of the structure and foundations;
• Durability / Maintenance;
• Energy savings;
• Quality of the interior environment;
