Maintenance planning of buildings and other recent constructions

Given its extensive experience in inspections and tests of buildings and the study of their anomalies and defects, Oz has the necessary expertise to perform the maintenance planning of buildings and structures in general, and of buildings in particular.

For current buildings, the planning begins with a collection and systematization of the basic documentation, followed by the Preventative Maintenance Plan, the Incidents Record Book and the Instruction Manuals.
