Quality policy

Quality allows Oz to aim for excellence in the diagnostics, survey and quality control of structures, foundations and rehabilitation design, specifically through the following:

• Rendering services that meet the requirements agreed with its clients and in compliance with the respective legal and regulatory standards;
• Continuous improvement of its internal organization and resource management, combined with more effective and efficient activities;
• Improved know-how in its sector and ongoing personnel training.

In this manner, Oz’s management provides the necessary resources to apply the Quality Management System and for ongoing improvement, thereby fulfilling the requirements of Standard NP EN ISO 9001:2015.
