Human Resources Policy

Oz views the company-personnel relationship as a partnership involving expectations and responsibilities for both sides, and considers appropriate human resources management as one of the main forms of ensuring effective and efficient operation.

Successful personnel management begins with selective Recruitment so that expertise may be enhanced through a selection of personnel who can make the best contribution to the team, taking into account the respective personal profile, education and professional training, know-how and experience.

Directors and management strive to plan the necessary human resources well in advance in harmony with the necessary professional and personal development and teamwork.

Three priority aspects are essential to maintain performance at high levels: Discipline, Diligence and Flexibility.

The companies also provide the Training enabling personnel to effectively carry out their tasks, for which they assess the efficiency of all training actions. To this end, emphasis is given to internal or external training initiatives and to experience gained at the worksite, under the guidance of another co-worker.

Oz is mindful of any new challenges in its path, always taking into account the constant changes taking place in the companies and in the market in which it operates. This is the only way to motivate and satisfy its personnel and achieve all the objectives of the companies.

Accordingly, the Human Resources Department must develop personnel management instruments that contribute to a better and more efficient personnel performance to achieve, or exceed, the results sought by Oz.
